Paoship – Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • We ship via standard carriers to the United States.

  • Estimated delivery times after shipment: 10–15 business days for most locations.

  • Actual delivery time can vary based on carrier, destination, and any unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, service level, and destination.

  • Occasionally we may offer free or discounted shipping promos; these will be clearly shown at checkout when available.

4. Tracking your order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.

5. Address accuracy

  • Paoship is not responsible for delays or lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

  • We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue, which may include reshipping or refunding the order, depending on the situation.

7. International shipping

  • Currently, Paoship ships only within the United States.

  • If we expand to international shipping in the future, we’ll update this policy and notify customers accordingly.

  • We may update this Shipping Policy occasionally. The effective date above reflects the last update.
